The Gifts Outreach program provides complimentary copies of Gifts to organizations which serve parents facing a new diagnosis of Down syndrome for their child, either prenatally or postnatally. We believe that the stories in the book provide a vital companionship and support for such parents.

Happy Mother's Day!

What a wonderful Mother's Day weekend! Went to dinner with Mom, sister Amy, brother in law John, my honey and my Nash. Then today tennis lessons with Nash and his buddy Cade, who also sports an extra, and is in his third grade class.

and found this wonderful video of Nash at age 3 wishing me Happy Mother's Day in Sign. I remember crying so hard. Sniff sniff.

Oh, I love the video of Nash! You may (or may not) have realized it then, but his signing and language at 3 was quite impressive!!
