Happy New Year!

Well our hiatus is over, and we are back to the land of the living. We had a wonderful, relaxing Christmas, and then headed to Las Vegas for a week to visit with my mother in law, father in law, and their poodle ZZ, and stayed in their condo. Things we did: Circus Circus Adventuredome- Nash bungie jumped, found a friend and road rides, and loved the water raft where he and dad got wet! Treasure Island- saw the pirate show where the pirates jumped into the water and one came up and shook Nash's hand to his delight Mirage- Volcano eruption was quite cool Japanese restaurant we went to (will have to find the name) was wonderful and highly recommend! Emeril's Fishhouse- very highly over rated, over priced.....our hero Emeril's image is dashed. Golden Nugget- we got a fantastic deal for two nights on a two story, 1800 sq ft Spa Tower suite complete with jacuzzi, steam shower, bedet, bar! The Tank pool with sharks was a complete hit with Nash, and the hot tub was wonderfully placed right next to the poolside bar for Momma! No I didn't win big...won, lost, won, lost. You know the drill. I will play less Wheel of Fortune and more blackjack next time. The tram system is wonderful so you can avoid the crowds on the road and walkways. Nash liked those at night. What was wonderful was that grandma and grandpa had Nashtime so Daddy and I could head out to do adult things! Jeff and I saw a wondeful show, had a fun New Years Eve and celebrated his birthday!
